Pricing, Fees, and Payment Methods
Prices are as displayed on the applicable product page and include tax. Internet connection fees and other communication charges incurred in connection with your use of the Products are at your own expense. Payment may be made by credit card or any other payment method designated by us.
Payment timing
Payment is finalized at the time your order is confirmed.
Delivery
Products are generally made available for download or use promptly after payment is complete, via the purchase confirmation screen, email, your account page, or other methods designated by us. Delivery may be delayed due to system maintenance, network disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations, returns, and refunds at the customer's convenience after an order has been confirmed are not accepted as a general rule. Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges, delivery failure attributable to us, or a critical defect reproducible in the supported environments listed on the product page that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable period. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the method designated by us. Upon refund, your right to use the applicable Product will be revoked.
Defect Resolution
If a Product contains a defect, we will address the issue by providing a corrected version, offering a workaround, issuing a refund, or taking any other action we deem appropriate.
